Focused in NYC, we partner with wellness-driven businesses to create curated movement and mindfulness events for like-minded people to recover, discover, and connect.
In addition to creating experiences, we share founder resources and exclusive perks on the latest wellness products, events and facilities in the city.
Our mission is to grow a community of like-minded people focused on bringing consciousness to the mind and body. We exist to facilitate meaningful connections and empower the next generation of mission-driven businesses.
Our story
Louisa is the founder of Shanti House.
After spending a decade in management consulting helping Fortune 500 company leaders grow their businesses, she decided to leave corporate to pursue her passions for spiritual growth and entrepreneurship. She spent time traveling and meeting people that have inspired her to live more consciously and evolve in non-conventional ways.
In November 2023, she spent a month in Bali obtaining her Yoga Teacher Certification, then lived in Tamarindo, Costa Rica to help the Founder & CEO of a digital creative agency scale her rapidly growing business.
Since returning to New York, Louisa has continued to meet founders and help grow their businesses. It was through these connections that she discovered the opportunity to bring her yoga practice to the community of innovators in New York City.
After attending dozens of 100-person networking happy hours, she realized that entrepreneurs were craving a new and more conscious way to connect while building their dreams. The idea was born to bring pressure-free, intimate, and meaningful wellness events to the founder community in NYC.
Louisa’s ‘why’ for Shanti House is to share movement and mindfulness practices that have shifted her way of life in hopes that it may positively impact the quality of life for others as well, to support and invest in early-stage entrepreneurs and ventures she personally believes in, and to ultimately build something great where real energy and connection can thrive.
